I was amazed after reading this article

Afghan protesters, after seeing the burning of a Koran by U.S. pastor Terry Jones, attacked a U.N. compound in Mazar-e-Sharif and killed up to 20 U.N. staff members, Reuters reported April 1. A police spokesman said that at least eight foreigners were killed after attackers took out security guards, burned parts of the compound and climbed up walls to topple a guard tower. Five of the protesters were killed and around 20 were wounded. The governor of Balkh province said that Insurgents had used the protests as cover to attack the compound.

I found this article on what looked like some sort of Muslim website, however, most of the American news media is telling this story the same way, including Fox News. Here is one of the replies to this article/blog.

As far as I am concerned Terry Jones and his followers have their hands bloodied the same as the Radical Islamic Individuals who carried out this murderous atrocity. Terry Jones was warned and told over and over, the burning of the Qur’an in a public spectacle, would set some Radical Muslim’s into a tizzy and would murder over the burning, yet Jones chose to ignore those warnings. It is not the book, Terry Jones, it is the Ideology, just as your Ideology disgust a lot of Christians.

Christians will call Terry Jones out for his wrongful part, I hope that the ‘Moderate’ Muslims will call the individuals out who committed the murders.

Now, I just hate to be a party pooper, or a wet blanket and all that, "but", are we really to believe that these Muslim extremists suddenly out of the clear blue, got offended over something that happened over 6 months ago?

Are we also supposed to believe that these extremists actually need a reason to attack and kill other people? (Americans or anyone else?) Did someone burn a Qur'an that we didn't hear about the day before 911 when over 3,000 innocent civilians were murdered? (September 11, 2001) Did someone burn a Qur'an the day before the USS COLE was attacked by suicide bombers and American sailors died? (or even six months before, for that matter?)

Does the news media really believe that the American people are so stupid that we will believe this ridiculous hype? Everyone seems to want to point the finger of blame at Pastor Terry Jones for burning the Qur'an, but isn't it interesting and amazing that the same people pointing the finger at him, are "not" pointing the same finger at these terrorists who just attacked the UN building and murdered 20 U.N. staff members?

Are we really being coaxed by the media to think that these actions were somehow justified because Terry Jones staged a burning of the Qur'an? Sorry, but normal mentally healthy people do "NOT" act this way!!!! If I hear about someone burning a copy of the Holy Bible, I do "NOT" start killing folks, and I do not believe it is okay for anyone else to do so either. The media is trying to justify or shift the blame for what is obviously "INSANE BEHAVIOR"

"WAKE UP PEOPLE!!" Whether we agree with Terry Jones or not, he "was" acting within his constitutional rights and broke no laws. However, the only two religions that would support what these terrorists did are, Satanists and extreme followers of the Qur'an.

I'm not linking the two together and I am not slamming Muslins, I am simply stating the truth. The Qur'an states that members of that religion should kill any unbelievers, if they do not convert to Islam, or pay a tax. It says that they are not to be friends with Jews or Christians, and that it is okay to lie if it serves their purpose.
